Grain Marketing Tool is free for all CBH growers

Simply log in to your secure CBH LoadNet Account, go to the Marketing tab and select Grain Marketing Tool to get started. Download the user guide for step by step instructions on how to use it.

How it works

  1. Create your plan
    • Add your production estimates at commodity and grade level
    • Easily update your yield predictions throughout the year
  2. Set your selling periods and targets
    • Set your sales strategy to preferred selling period or use default selling period of pre-harvest, harvest and post-harvest
    • Set target prices for a grade and/or selling period and receive notifications when your targets are reached from prices available in CBH LoadNet
    • Accurately track prices for the specific grades you plan to sell 
  3. Track your sales performance
    • CBH grain contracts automatically sync in the tool under the Contracts section
    • Manually add contracts to keep your position up to date
    • See how your sales are tracking against target tonnes sold to date, target prices and overall position
    • Use the tool to experiment with hypothetical sales positions
    • View your historical sales performance over the past 5 years vs CBH Pools
  4. Get notified
    • Notification options include SMS and email
    • Position statement emailed when one of your selling periods ends, so you can stay up to date with your sales position
