LoadNet FAQs for Growers

How to login as a WA grower?

You will need to log in to LoadNet using your Personal Access Number (PAN) or Payee Number and Password (these are user distinct).

Click the dark blue LoadNet login button at the top of this page.

If you do not have a CBH Grower or Advisor Account, you can Register a new Account.

You will go through a process of identification, then you will be asked for business details including your ABN, Legal Entity, contacts and banking details. You can then invite other contacts with your business to join your Account.
How to login as a SA grower?

To log in to LoadNet, you will need to use your Payee Number. This is not your NGR Card number, it is your unique NGR Payee Identification number issued by the NGR.

Please contact NGR on 1800 556 630 if you are unsure of your Payee ID.

How do I log in to LoadNet as an Advisor?

LoadNet FAQs for Marketers

How do I log onto LoadNet?

LoadNet is accessible via this link or use the ‘LoadNet’ button in the header and footer.

You will need to log in to LoadNet using the Username and Password which was issued to you by Customer Support.

If you do not have a CBH Marketer Account, you can download the Marketer Registration form and return it to Customer Support.
How do I reset my LoadNet password and/or PAN number?

If you have forgotten your LoadNet password or PAN number you can retrieve details using the link available on the login page or contact the Grower Service Centre on 1800 199 083.

How do I register for LoadNet for Transporters?

If you want to register as a transporter please call Transporter Support on 9416 6300.
I cannot see my driver in 'Manage Drivers'?

Check Site Pass first to make sure they are listed under your company and have completed all necessary steps. If set up correctly it should display a green arrow.
How do my drivers get a PIN to use the CBH apps?

The PIN can be allocated or updated via the 'Manage Drivers' tab in LoadNet for Transporters. The Site Pass ID and PIN are used to log in to both the Rover and Domestics apps.
