Are you interested in joining the CBH board
CBH invites potential future Member Directors or growers who want to learn more about CBH's governance to one of two free briefings.
The briefing will be held at Dexus Place in Perth on Monday 4 July and Monday 8 August, 9 - 11am.
Run jointly by CBH and the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD), the two hour briefing will cover:
- Duties and responsibilities of Directors
- Role and function of the Board
- Corporate governance practices
- Qualities of effective Member Directors, and
- CBH's Member Director election process.
CBH runs these briefings with the AICD to educate interested parties about CBH’s corporate governance structure and processes. This makes them a must-attend session for potential future member directors or those who are interested in learning about CBH’s governance.
The invitation is extended to CBH’s Head Office from 11:30am, where senior leaders of the CBH business will give you a business and commodity market update in the Board Room over a light lunch.
