How do I log onto LoadNet?
LoadNet is accessible via this link or use the ‘LoadNet’ button in the header and footer.
You will need to log in to LoadNet using the Username and Password which was issued to you by Customer Support.
If you do not have a CBH Marketer Account, you can download the Marketer Registration form and return it to Customer Support.

How do I reset my LoadNet password and/or PAN number?
You can re-set your LoadNet password or PAN number using the link available on the login page or contact the Grower Service Centre on Freecall 1800 199 083 to receive a temporary password or PAN number

Where can I find User Guides for LoadNet?
We have several user guides available for LoadNet to help you, including Domestic Services, Direct to Vessel – Harvest, and Direct to Vessel - Post Harvest.

Where do I find the Shipping Stem?
The Shipping Stem is available via the following methods
- Using this link - Shipping Stem
- Clicking on Shipping Stem in the footer
- Using the main navigation in the header, with the Shipping Stem under the Supply Chain > Exports and Shipping section

Why is the Shipping Stem not up to date?
The Shipping Stem is uploaded every afternoon Monday to Friday. If you are seeing an old Shipping Stem, try a different browser or clear your cache and/or delete browsing history.

Grain Samples

How do we submit our harvest sample requirements?
To submit your harvest sample requirements through LoadNet, click ‘Marketers’, and then Grain Samples.

When will receive our harvest samples?
Samples are scheduled to be sent out Post Harvest (January/February). With different zones finalising harvest at different times, our Lab endeavours to have all samples delivered to customers by February.
