Specific Site Exclusions: Climbable elements to overrail garner bins, elevator towers, fan towers, G-type storage access ladders will be removed (access ladders/platforms) / G-type electrical MCC Room - all distribution electrical switching gear and electrical cabinets and getset removed/ Elevator tower valve and G-type storage spindals removed / G-type storage fan tower vats removed / G-type storage shed internal outloading grid to be filled in / Confined space access points welded/bolted shut to prevent access / Inloading grid covered to be removed / Inloading ground pits to be filled in / Weighbridge hut access bolted to prevent access / Sample shed, accommodation units, diesel tank, water tank, all to be removed from site, with general site cleaned up completed pre-leasing. |
