SPECIFIC SITE EXCLUSIONS - Climbable elements to overrail garner bins, elevator towers, fan towers, A-type storage access ladders will be removed (access ladders/platforms) / A-type electrical distribution Board- all distribution electrical switching gear and electrical cabinets, and OBH distribution board removed / Elevator tower valve and A-type storage spindals removed / Fumigation vat removed with pipe capped / Inloading grid covers removed / Confined space access points welded/bolted shut to prevent access / Inloading ground pits to have galvanised checker plate fixed over grid / Weighbridge hut access bolted to prevent access / Sample shed, shed at end of overland conveyor, accommodation units, water tank, loading ramp, OBH over land conveyor, pit and auger all to be removed from site, track shed repairs with general site cleaned up completed pre-leasing. |
