Important reminders

• All deliveries to port, and approved overflow sites, will be eligible for DTV regardless of date of delivery, providing nomination criteria is met.
• Deliveries need to be nominated within the nomination window detailed in the schedule below, to either ‘CBH Group - Cash - Direct to Vessel’ for cash contracts or ‘CBH Group - Pool - Direct to Vessel’ for pool contracts or direct nominations.
• Overflow sites availability may vary, if an overflow site has an active DTV segregation and delivery meets criteria then the option to select ‘CBH Group - Cash - Direct to Vessel’ or ‘CBH Group - Pool - Direct to Vessel’ will be visible in LoadNet.
• CBH registered Share farms can participate in nomination to DTV when loads are transferred to one of the share farm participants.
• Vessel tonnages are limited, and nominations will be accepted on a ‘first come, first serve' basis.
• Please note CBH may change or close nominations at any time if required or capacity has been reached - note changes may occur without notice. 
  

How to participate

To be eligible for the $5.00 per tonne rebate, growers must:

• Sell to the CBH Group with a cash contract or pool contract.
• Deliver to the eligible port or overflow sites, during harvest when DTV is available, as shown in the schedule below.
• Nominate to ‘CBH Group – Cash - Direct to Vessel’ for cash contracts or nominate to 'CBH Group - Pool - Direct to Vessel' for pool contracts (excluding Deferred Sales Pool) or via a direct Pool nomination* (if available for the current season) within the nomination window as shown in the schedule below.
• Meet CBH's volume, grade and quality requirements.
